**Booking Requirements: *
I have a 50% percent cancellation fee.
Booking an appointment is done online and a card on file is required, a deposit of 50% will be charged upfront which will be applied to your appointment.
It is non refundable and non transferable.
Rescheduling can be done online after contacting me at 251-308-5910.
100% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for:
- day of, you were unable to attend
-no shows
-late arrivals, 15 minutes is the cut off
- bringing children to your appointment
*for several reasons I have a no child brought to your appointment, please find child care to avoid the cancellation charge.
-for multiple reasons including Alabama State Board of Cosmetology, no pets brought to the salon.

*please provide my business with currant contact information as you will receive automated text and email reminders about your upcoming appointment.
There may be a time I need to communicate with you about your appointment.
*All pricing starts at. Any service that requires more time or product due to long or extra thick hair is charged accordingly and brought to your attention at the start of the appointment.
* Purchased hair for extensions are non refundable, there are no exceptions to this policy.
*balance due on day of your appointment. All major cards and cash accepted, no checks
Your receipts may say J Salon LLC being an independent booth renter I am an individual business identity.
All sales are final.
* inquiries and personal responses are always addressed during my business hours. After hour inquires are responded to on my next business day. Hours can be found on my contact page and online booking site.
