In providing high end services every appointment holds significant value therefore my small business is impacted by rescheduling and cancellations.
*Appointments are booked through on my online booking site.
I no longer pre-book at the salon.
Online booking eliminates scheduling conflicts for the guest as they are choosing a time that best works with their schedule to avoid any cancellation fees.
* booking fee is non refundable, non transferable. and goes toward the value of your appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment the booking fee will become the cancellation fee, I do not invoice for missed appointments.
* any service that requires more time or product are charged accordingly and brought to your attention at the start of the appointment.
*100% cancellation fee apply to day of cancellation and no shows.
*Late arrival. All services come with their appropriate time. Arriving 15 minutes or more is considered late and a 100% cancellation fee may be applied. You must contact me if you are running late 251-308-5910.
*Saturday appointments have a 100% cancellation fee if you are unable to attend please keep that in mind when booking this specific day.

There may be a time I need to communicate with you about your appointment.
*for several reasons I have a no child brought to your appointment. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to your appointment, please find child care to avoid this charge.
* Purchased hair for extensions are non refundable, there are no exceptions to this policy.
